How to Consult at the Clinic

For booking Call previous working day - 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Inform the patient's name and patient's phone number

Example: For Sunday consultation, call Saturday. For Tuesday consultation, call Sunday. (Monday clinic closed)

Normal voice calls only — No WhatsApp / WhatsApp call / SMS

Get your next day's visiting time

Time to report at reception on the next day will be allotted to you.

This is NOT your consultation time. Your token is issued at the reception counter on arrival and fee payment.

Come to the clinic at your assigned time & take token

• Report in the "Booked Patients" queue
• Pay the consultation fee and collect your token number

Arriving more than 30 minutes late cancels your booking slot. Join the "Without booking" walk-in line

Wait for your token number annoucement

• Be present when your token number is called
• Plan for at least 1 to 1.5 hours total time at the clinic

Walk-In Patients (Without Booking)

Stand in the "Without-Booking" queue (booked patients are given token on priority)
Daily registrations close at 75 tokens. Walk-ins may be turned away. Hence, Advance booking is strongly advised
Walk-ins may face longer wait times.
